Custom home builders essendon

The extension and renovation of a 1930’s Californian Bungalow. The period façade and two front rooms were retained while a whole new layout and a second storey were added.

Workmanship shines out in the exposed eave linings, cedar shingles and ornate interior plaster works.

A series of selection processes and weekly site meetings gave the clients the flexibility to make decisions as the work proceeded.

Open communication ensured that we achieved the client and architects vision.
