He himself is a highly skilled tradesman, but it is his eye for detail that guarantees that each element is finished perfectly.

Adrian worked as a site foreman on some of Melbournes largest tier 1 building projects prior to committing himself as a director of APC Build.

His skill and experience is matched by his personal sense of responsibility for delivering the highest standards.

Peter’s passion for the job grew out of his early involvement in the construction industry, having the privilege of completing a building apprenticeship under his grandfather, a builder of 40 years.

Peter’s qualifications include an honours degree in Construction Management and a Diploma of Building from RMIT. He has over five years of experience in commercial construction for a tier one builder and has managed some of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings.

Peter leads the APC Build team in project management and tendering, making sure each build is delivered on time and under budget. Peter’s prime motivation is the rewards and challenges of creating bespoke homes for individual clients.

Maurice, is a third generation Lo Bartolo building homes in Melbourne.

He was trained in carpentry by his father and uncle from an early age and has been a registered building practitioner for three decades.

Maurice’s key role is site management but he plays a significant role in business development and applying the skills and insights gained over a lifetime of experience.

He is motived above all else by the challenge of interpreting the visions of his clients and bringing them to life.

Maurice’s reputatation as a true craftsmen has stood the test of time.

Say hello to Elie - she is not only the first port of call for APC Build but responsible for all bookkeeping and accounts management.

With over 25 years of book keeping expertise, Elie works closely with the directors in providing financial reporting and is responsible for all day to day administrative duties.

She has been with us for four years now and made herself indispensable to our business.

She is passionate and meticulous and is motivated by a strong sense of financial responsibility for our business.

Jacob’s role as a project co-ordinator is paramount to the successful delivery of each project. Having completed a diploma of Building at RMIT, Jacob has a very well rounded understanding of construction which put him in good stead with his projects. Jacob is client focussed and plays a big part in facilitating all client selections and trade procurement to ensure our projects move along smoothly.

Joe Latina is a site manager, tradesman and carpenter who knows how to lead from the front - his positive ‘can do’ attitude is infectious and his attention to detail is second to none.

Joe has served the construction industry for over 25 years in a range of different roles and has worked on some of Melbourne's most prestigious residential projects.

Joe is an integral part of APC Build family and has been a dedicated member since day one.

A true perfectionist, it’s hardly surprising that he consistently delivers his projects above client expectation.

As a site foreman, Lou’s main role is to work with each site manager, helping them manage the labour force and keep each project on time and on budget.

Lou has extensive experience in the construction industry and is also a qualified brick layer. He has worked alongside the Lo Bartolo family in construction for over 25 years.

While his experience in trade and construction is always sort after, his greatest attribute is to get things done.

Lou has a way of getting the best out each team member and will always lead by example.

Dominic has been involved in building and construction for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to our team.

He plays a pivotal role in business development and project administration and is at the forefront of securing new projects for APC Build.

You could say Samantha knows her job inside out as she guides each client through the product selection process, co-ordinating their choices and interpreting their vision. All while helping them stay on budget through their build.

She combines a depth of product knowledge with a flair for interpreting current trends in interior design. She also works alongside our managers providing administrative support through each project.

Samantha has a true passion for interior fit-out and loves helping clients bring their concepts to life. Her driving passion will always be interior fit-out.
